Reservation Rules

At Camper's Haven Family Campground, we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests. Our campground provides various amenities, including access to fire pits, picnic areas, and recreational activities specifically designed for family enjoyment. Reservations are required for campsites and cabins, and can be made online or by phone. Please ensure you review our policies regarding check-in and check-out times, as well as cancellation policies, to ensure a smooth experience during your stay.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If your plans change, we understand and want to accommodate your needs as best as we can. Reservations canceled more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund minus a small processing fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations. Additionally, if you choose to depart early, no refunds will be provided for unused nights. For any questions about our cancellation policy, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our office.

Campground Conduct Guidelines

To maintain a family-friendly atmosphere for all, we ask our guests to adhere to campground conduct guidelines. This includes respecting fellow campers’ privacy, keeping noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours, and ensuring that all trash is disposed of properly. Alcohol consumption must be responsible, and pets are welcome on leashes but should be cleaned up after promptly. Violations of these guidelines may result in eviction from the campground without a refund.
